1. Wear training gloves:
Try to extend your fingers to the bottom as much as possible, and the Velcro at your wrist should be as tight as possible to avoid loosening during training. Thick straps should be fixed at the tigers mouth, while thin straps are used to secure other fingers. if one finger sleeve is loose and easy to fail off, you can use thin straps to fix it.

2.Link to the host:
Rotate the glove connector and screw it into the socket on the left side of the host. Be careful to screw it in. As the host is driven by gas to move the glove, the socket will be relatively tight, and it cannot be inserted directly.

3. Wear mirror gloves:
Mirror gloves are worn by the healthy side of the hand.

Attention:

The exhaust and heat dissipation holes of the host are located below, so it is necessary to keep the machine clean and ventilated. lt cannot be placed on the bed or ground for use. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty. Please be aware.

Passive training

After turning on the computer, it defaults to passive training. At this time, the first icon on the left side of the host lights up, and the gloves continue to be passively extended and closed with manual operation.You can press the third button on the right side of the host to adjust the gear 'position, with 1-9 gears. The larger the number, the stronger the force, and the longer the opening and closing time.

Mirror training

In the power-on state, press the first button on the right side of the host [mode switch button]. After pressing. the second icon on the left side of the host will light up, and the gloves will become continuously stretched.This proves that the mirror mode has been turned on. At this time, we press the button on the palm of the mirror gloves, press and hold it for a long time, and the training gloves will clench their fists. The hand wearing the mirror gloves will release the button, and the training gloves will extend. Repeat this action, it is the process of mirror training.

Confrontation training

In the power-on state, press the first button on the right side of the host [Mode switch button] twice to switch to adversarial mode. At this time, the third icon on the left side of the host lights up, indicating that it has entered adversarial mode.
