Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is always our top priority. We aim to provide the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. If you need assistance, please contact us — we’ll respond within 24 hours.


1. Our Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only.

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Beauty products and accessories

    • Lingerie

    • Pierced jewelry

    • Swimwear without the hygiene seal intact

    • Sale items (non-refundable)


2. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us before returning it.

  • Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of discovering the issue.

  • Do not use faulty items after discovering the fault.

  • Refunds may be issued, or replacements offered based on availability.

All returned items will be quality-checked. Returns that do not meet our return conditions will not be refunded.


3. Processing Time

  • We aim to process returns as quickly as possible.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–21 business days after we receive your return.

  • If you have not received a refund after 30 days, please contact us with your proof of postage.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • We do not offer free returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


5. Replacements & Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a replacement, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your refund is delayed:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card provider and bank.

  • Still no refund? Contact us at refunds@alidady.com.


7. Return Address

  • Please contact our customer service to get the correct return address.

  • ⚠️ Do not send returns to the address printed on your package — this is not our return facility and may delay processing.


8. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
